We are looking for a Team Assistant to support our Client Solutions Germany team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Sales Professionals with their organizational tasks such as preparation and post processing of internal and external meetings, planning and coordination of business trips, various administrational tasks, etc.
2. Correspondence and organization of team events
3. Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, using Concur and with external agency; prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook
4. Process expense reports using Concur
5. Review, cross-reference, format and assemble power point presentations in accordance with corporate design standards
6. Answer phones, screen and route callers, handle inquiries, and provide backup for other administrative assistants
7. KYC/CDD process
8. Other administrative tasks as necessary

What we expect
9. Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity
10. Commercial apprenticeship / 'KV Lehre' with comparable number of years' experience or Bachelor's degree
11. Proficient in MS Office Suite, and ability to quickly pick up new software & systems
12. Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure
13. Organized with high attention to detail
14. Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team player contributing to strong administrative support team
15. Fluent English and German in writing and speaking
