Main tasks:
Define and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for an Installed Base & Asset Data Platform
Lead discovery activities and translate business needs into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items
Guide backlog refinement and sprint planning to enable focused, iterative delivery and continuous value creation
Translate B2B customer service process requirements—such as installed base, warranties, service contracts, spare parts, maintenance, and field service—into scalable product capabilities
Orchestrate end-to-end asset lifecycle use cases and ensure seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4, Service Cloud, FSM, Asset Manager, BW/EDW, data environments, IoT solutions)
Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
Proven experience in digital product ownership, application management, or solution delivery, including experience in a Product Owner role
Strong understanding of B2B customer service processes, including installed base and equipment management, service orders, contracts, warranties, spare parts, maintenance, and field service
Solid experience integrating SAP and non-SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA (EAM/CS/PM), Service Cloud/C4C, SAP FSM,
