As a Securities Specialist you will:
* be processing, supervising and validating Private Placement Hedge Fund Transfers
* build and maintain Internal / external stakeholder relationships
* act as subject matter expert in Private Placement Hedge Fund Settlements, liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlements
* identify Control Deficiencies and mitigate P&L and reputational risk
* contribute to the development of new technological enhancements to improve processes and workflow

Requirements:
* banking/commercial or comparable education
* first experience gained in the field of operations
* fluent English, German is an advantage
* very good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* proactive, adaptable, with a solution oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver highest level of quality services)
* curious, eager to learn, able to self-develop and to critically self-evaluate, independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and to multitask
* excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, an absolute team player
* responsible and conscious of risks. Attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative
