As a Securities Specialist you will:
be processing, supervising and validating Private Placement Hedge Fund Transfers
build and maintain Internal / external stakeholder relationships
act as subject matter expert in Private Placement Hedge Fund Settlements, liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlements
identify Control Deficiencies and mitigate P&L and reputational risk
contribute to the development of new technological enhancements to improve processes and workflow

Requirements:
banking/commercial or comparable education
first experience gained in the field of operations
fluent English, German is an advantage
very good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
proactive, adaptable, with a solution oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver highest level of quality services)
curious, eager to learn, able to self-develop and to critically self-evaluate, independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and to multitask
excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, an absolute team player
