Extensive and proven experience in the management of a complex energy asset portfolio, with various technologies and multiple geographies, is a key advantage.Expertise in asset management principles, financial analysis, and performance optimization.5+ years of management experienceFull professional proficiency level in EnglishAdditionally, full professional proficiency level in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish or French. Good working knowledge of another one.Willing to travel frequently across Europe and to assets’ sitesSkillsLeadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partnersExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situationsStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
