We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead expansion across the Americas by driving partnerships with schools while also growing engagement with families seeking tutoring support for their children. This role is central to how Revision Village scales adoption and revenue across the region. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 pThe Business Development Manager (Americas) will own regional growth across two core segments: /p ul liIB Schools (institutional partnerships and licensing) /li liDirect-to-family sales (Revision Village tutoring and Revision courses) /li /ul pYou will be responsible for generating demand, converting opportunities, and building long-term adoption across all customer types in the region. This is a high-impact commercial role combining consultative sales, relationship management, and regional growth strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3School Growth (B2B Partnerships) /h3 ul liIdentify, engage, and convert IB schools across the Americas /li liBuild relationships with Heads of Department, IB Coordinators, and school leadership teams. /li liDeliver tailored product demonstrations across all Revision Village offerings. /li liManage full lifecycle: outreach, qualification, conversion, and handover to Client Experience. /li liMaintain a structured and active regional pipeline. /li /ul h3Direct-to-Family Growth (Tutoring Revision Courses) /h3 ul liEngage directly with families of IB students to promote Revision Village tutoring and revision courses. /li liConduct consultative conversations with parents to gain a deeper understanding of their students' needs. /li liGuide families toward appropriate learning solutions based on academic goals. /li liSupport conversion through personalised communication and follow-ups. /li liCollaborate with marketing to optimise family-facing messaging and funnels. /li /ul h3Regional Strategy Execution /h3 ul liOwn regional pipeline development across all schools and families. /li liMaintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting (HubSpot). /li liProvide structured insights on market trends, pricing sensitivity, and customer needs. /li liWork closely with internal teams (product, marketing, client experience) to refine regional strategy. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 bQualifications Skills /b ul li3+ years in sales, partnerships, business development, or education-focused growth roles. /li liExperience across B2B and/or B2C sales cycles is highly desirable. /li /ul bCommercial Ability /b ul liStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. /li liProven ability to manage and close multiple deal types. /li /ul bRegional Knowledge /b ul liFamiliarity with international education systems in the region, especially the International Baccalaureate (IB), is strongly preferred. /li liUnderstanding of parent decision-making in education is a strong advantage. /li /ul bCommunication /b ul liStrong presentation and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to tailor messaging across schools, partners, and families. /li /ul bExecution /b ul liStrong CRM discipline and pipeline management. /li liHighly organised and able to manage multiple concurrent opportunities. /li /ul h3Nice-to-Haves /h3 ul liExperience in EdTech or education environments. /li liExposure to product management or product operations workflows. /li liExperience managing communities or running webinars/events. /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems and customer lifecycle management. /li /ul h3Why This Role Matters /h3 pThis role sits at the centre of Revision Village’s expansion in the Americas.
