To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Sous Chef who, together with our Executive Chef and a highly skilled brigade, brings excellence to every plate – day after day.
Your Responsibilities
* Shared responsibility for the smooth operation of all kitchen activities – from breakfast service to gala dinners.
* Supporting the Executive Chef in daily organisation, planning, and team leadership.
* Ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes – your keen eye for detail guarantees the “wow” effect for our guests.
* Maintaining the highest hygiene standards (HACCP) and ensuring the responsible handling of food and equipment.
* Contributing to the creation of new menus and dishes – your ideas are always welcome.
* Acting as the Executive Chef’s deputy during their absence – taking on responsibility with confidence and expertise.
This is you
* Completed professional culinary training (EFZ or equivalent).
* At least 5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or in high‑end gourmet gastronomy.
* Strong leadership skills, team spirit, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
* Cost awareness, excellent organisational skills, and a high sense of quality for yourself and your team.
* Passion for gastronomy, creativity, and a desire to bring out the best in every ingredient.
* Languages: Italian and English or German.
