How you'll make an impact
* Lead and execute high-voltage testing activities in compliance with IEC, IEEE, and internal standards
* Design and implement test setups, selecting appropriate HV equipment and methodologies
* Analyze test data, document results, and support root cause investigations and corrective actions
* Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to define test strategies and process requirements
* Drive continuous improvement in testing and prototyping processes to enhance efficiency and quality
* Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and safe operation of HV test equipment
* Support prototyping activities and assess process feasibility in a manufacturing environment
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO, and company policies
Your background
* Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in high voltage testing. Process engineering experience is a plus
* Strong knowledge of HV testing protocols, equipment, and safety practices
* Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, and ISOstandards
* Proficient in analysing test data and conducting failure analyses
* Fluent in German and good English knowledge, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
