Tasks·Lead prototyping activities from end to end, including planning,production, validation, and quality management·Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment across theproduct development center and storage areas·Document newly developed methods, standards, and procedures clearlyand systematically· Organize and perform sampleanalyses, coordinating with laboratory management and overseeingthe full analysis process· Compile analyticalresults, interpret findings, and summarize them in structuredreports· Collaborate closely with internallaboratories and product development teams to support keyinnovation projects and contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives within the Nestlé Head OfficeLaboratory· Support and collaborate withcross‑functional teams across Nestlé Nespresso on relevantprojects· Maintain strong, proactivecommunication with project stakeholders, including R&D teams,suppliers, factories, and supply chain partners Profile·Master’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience in finishedgoods production is desired· Solid experience inlaboratory and/or production environments, with a strong focus onanalysis and quality management· Provenexpertise in quality management systems, including procedures andmaintenance. Experience in ISO-17025 is a plus·Experience with green coffee is considered anasset· Fluency in French and English; Spanish isa plus· Proficient in statistical data analysisand familiar with laboratory software tools such as GCQC, LIMS, andDOE· You are a rigorous and analyticalprofessional with strong organizational and multitaskingskills· You are a proactive and collaborativeteam player, comfortable working in dynamic, multidisciplinaryenvironments and building effective cross-functionalrelationships
