Job Description
Role Purpose
The Visual Merchandising Intern supports the VM team in the execution of in-store visual merchandising projects across the network. This role is highly operational and project-oriented, with strong exposure to retail execution, store environments, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. VM Execution Support
Support the implementation of Brand Flow in stores
Assist in the creation and update of planograms
Help ensure VM guidelines are correctly applied in stores
Support store openings, refits, and VM installations
2. Store Follow-up & Coordination
Collect and analyse store pictures / videos to monitor VM execution to ensure correct implementation
Support communication to stores (guidelines, updates, VM instructions)
Assist in the preparation of briefs for suppliers and support coordination with (printing, production, delivery follow-up)
Help on ad hoc VM projects
4. Data & Analysis
Support the update of VM databases
Work on Excel files (follow-up, tracking, reporting)
Help identify inconsistencies or improvement areas in stores
5. Field Exposure
Visit stores when needed to support VM implementation and audits
Your Qualifications and Skills
Student: Bachelor-University degree in Business Administration (preferably in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail or similar)
Someone autonomous and reliable, curious and willing to learn
Good knowledge of Excel, strong organisational and project management skills
Able to structure information and follow projects end-to-end
Not afraid to challenge and ask questions
Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Native-level proficiency in English (minimum C1) (fluent); French (Good level); German a plus
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual presentation and hands-on mindset
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Comfortable going to stores and interacting with teams
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Student in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail or similar
