for our client, Swiss HR Tech Factory, part of a leading international group specialized in the development and distribution of software and innovative solutions within the international HR Tech landscape, whose mission is to drive digital transformation through cutting-edge automation technologies and artificial intelligence.
Mission Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive the development of the Swiss market, with a focus on staffing and search and selection sector.
Main responsibilities Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory;
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting the most effective and value-driven solutions;
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, working closely with the Client Success team to ensure satisfaction and retention;
Maintain and manage the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data;
Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close deals;
Advise clients on the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs.
Requirements Curious, driven, and proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset;
Proven experience in selling software, digital solutions, or HR-related consulting services;
Strong market knowledge and hands‑on experience working with staffing and search & selection companies, particularly across the German-speaking and French-speaking regions of Switzerland;
Existing active client portfolio or a strong and well-established professional network within the target market;
Fluency in German and English, good knowledge of French and Italian is a plus, enabling effective management of client relationships across different regions;
Availability to travel for business or relocate within Switzerland to support market development and client growth.
