Develop and maintain dashboards and performance-tracking tools (Power BI, Excel) to monitor key KPIs across teams and territories.
Analyze market trends, sales performance data, and distribution efficiency to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, etc.) related to reporting, field sales processes, or analysis.
Collaborate in the development, testing, and tracking of new reporting tools and scorecards.
Participate in cross-functional processes and projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency across teams.
Actively contribute to the evolution and execution of the Route-To-Market Strategy, aligning local needs with Group best practices.

You bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in sales operations, business analytics, or performance management.
You are fluent in English and either German or French.
You have strong analytical skills and are confident working with large datasets.
You are proficient in MS Excel and Power BI.
You manage your time and priorities effectively, and you are comfortable working across multiple processes and stakeholders.
You communicate clearly, and you know how to translate data into insights that matter.
You understand sales and distribution processes, stakeholder needs, industry trends, and the importance of SLAs.
You have a structured, data-driven mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach.
