Technical and personnel leadership of the grinding department
Productive participation in daily business approx. 60–80 %
Ensuring a smooth production process
Coordination and support of the team in operational and technical matters
Handling trouble‑shooter issues in the grinding area
Responsibility for quality, deadline compliance, and efficiency in your own area
Close cooperation with adjacent departments as well as with the LEAN team
Participation in optimizing processes and workflows.
Compliance with machine safety regulations, prevention of injuries, monitoring the safe operation of the equipment
Qualifications
Experience in a leadership role in an industrial environment
Basic training in the metal sector or a comparable qualification
Good knowledge in production / grinding
Organizational talent, assertiveness, and high social competence
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working styleTechnical understanding as well as experience dealing with operational challenges in the production environment
