Leading Fashion Retail Store Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and profit, and maintaining a well-organized and commercially successful store environment.
* This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to manage a team of retail professionals and provide guidance on customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
* In addition to leadership and management skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and a sound understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
About You
* You will need a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
* Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools are also essential aspects of this role.
* You will be responsible for operating the POS system and analyzing sales reports to strategically problem solve.
