PpThe IT System Administrator will be located in the Geneva office and will report to the local Infrastructure Team Leader. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHands-on and multi-tasking: installation, upgrades, configuration, administration and maintenance of mostly Windows server based systems /li liManage local and remote office projects from beginning to end /li liMaintain bespoke application environments for Trading application infrastructure; upgrade, patch, provision /li liVendor management, providers other internal business teams /li liCover working hours and expect duty to expand beyond normal business hours, including some weekends /li liBAU 3rd line support occasional 1st 2nd level support escalation /li liMay be required to travel to remote office locations /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar position /li liPreferably Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or related active IT certifications /li liProficient in Active Directory Domain Services administration, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies /li liProficient in Windows Server Administration (Windows 2016 and above). Windows Core experience beneficial /li liProficient VMware ESXi and vCenter administration (7.0 at least), including experience with the upgrade cycle /li liGood experience working with NetApp storage (FAS and E-Series), NFS/CIFS protocols /li liExperience in Microsoft 365 products including Azure AD /li liProficient in Veeam backup technologies /li liSQL Server Administration, Installation, configuration /li liCentreon Monitoring Platform /li liProficient in Citrix XenApp Desktop 7.x, NetScaler ADC, Citrix Studio/Director, Citrix DaaS will be a plus /li liGood experience working with Exchange Server Administration (Exchange 2016 and above) – mailbox management, retention policies, message troubleshooting SMTP relay settings /li liEnhance team productivity and repetitive tasks by using, PowerShell, Python or Power BI, will be a plus /li liManage Microsoft patch cycle and deploy patches to Servers using SCCM /li liGood working knowledge of SCCM /li liGlobal Networking topology understanding (DMZ, load balancing, firewall, Vlans, etc...) /li liProficient experience working with datacenters (racking hardware, patching and HPE iLO configuration) /li /ul h3Personal characteristics /h3 ul liHonest and trustworthy /li liFluency in French and English /li liUser focused /li liHighly responsive, energetic and enthusiastic /li liFlexible and ready to work extended hours when required /li liExcellent judgment, attention to detail /li liStrong communication skills, both verbal and written /li liSolution and results oriented /li liStructured and rigorous /li liCan work independently and within the team /li liTeam player, with an open non-political style and a high level of personal integrity /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
