Impactful.Own and drive the global business development strategy for major international partnersTake full responsibility for sales quota achievement, forecasting, and revenue growth with global accountsIdentify, develop, and close strategic opportunities that create value for customers and BÜHLMANNBuild and maintain deep understanding of key stakeholders, market trends, and competitive dynamicsExecute go-to-market, sales, and partnership plans to grow profitability and market shareLead contract negotiations, answer RFPs, and manage pipeline and opportunity lifecycleForm and guide cross-functional teams to support complex solution selling and seamless post-sale executionAct as the primary liaison for senior customer relationships (C-Level: CEO, CFO, COO, etc.)Measure success by revenue growth, win rate, profitability, and customer satisfaction (NPS)Your Profile – Visionary.
