Construction Manager 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
* Prepare and supervise submissions with precision
* Ensure the management and technical follow-up of construction sites
* Develop and control financial plans throughout the projects
* Effectively manage statements, invoicing and progress reports
* Provide support for project design and planning
Profile
* Federal diploma in building drafting with a federal certificate
* Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management
* Autonomous, rigorous, with good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
* Comfortable with MS Office tools and other industry software
* Excellent command of French, spoken and written – another language is an asset
* Driving licence essential
