Job Description
You are responsible for:
1. Participating actively in producing and presenting results to the operations.
2. Enabling modernization and transformation of the financial tools in place.
3. Contributing to a better understanding of the business results and contribute to business transformation.
4. Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g. automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification by use of AI, prepare change of ERP).
5. Interacting with the various internal stakeholders in Switzerland in order to measure performance and assure achieving annual targets.
As a Controller:
You are part of the Swiss Controlling team. You are a committed, team-oriented and stress-resistant personality with a 'hands-on mentality'. You are a change agent and push the digital transformation within the finance organization and beyond. You are open-minded, curious and show a positive spirit. You work closely with the members of the accounting team and look forward to working in the security services, contributing to the company success as a pillar of the national team and as part of the international network.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications: For this role, you must:
1. Have a degree in business administration with focus on accounting/finance and/or IT.
2. Have at least 3 years' experience as a controller or financial analyst.
3. Have experience in Business Intelligence, in particular Power BI.
4. Be familiar with digitalization projects, in finance and/or operations.
5. Have strong language skills in English and French or German.
