As our Marketing PMO (Project Management Office) Manager, you are the central hub of our team: the person who sees the big picture, understands the details, and guides projects from request to delivery.
Project Leadership
* Coordinate and oversee all marketing and enablement projects from planning to completion
* Build clear timelines, structure workflows, and ensure milestones are met
* Drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
* Create weekly status updates and keep everyone informed
Team & Workflow Coordination
* Lead weekly planning, sprint sessions, and resource alignment
* Maintain project and task boards with clarity and precision
* Ensure teams work in sync, not in silos
* Keep priorities sharp and achievable
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the central point of contact for Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams
* Collect incoming requests, evaluate urgency and impact, and distribute them intelligently
* Communicate expectations, timelines, and decisions with clarity and confidence
Process Building
* Introduce structured, intuitive processes that help the team work smarter
* Develop templates for briefings, reviews, and go-live workflows
* Improve approval flows and reduce friction in day-to-day operations
Tool & System Support
* Shape and refine our operational setup (CRM, LMS, project management tools)
* Maintain consistent standards and ensure teams use the tools effectively
Your profile

Your Background
* 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or marketing operations
* Familiarity with marketing, enablement, or B2B environments
* Strong command of project management tools
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Fluency in English, German is a plus
