Qim info, a global IT engineering and digital services company, is seeking an ATM System Architect to join their team. Founded in 2004, the company operates offices in Switzerland and France.
An experienced professional with expertise in software development and distributed systems, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience and 5+ years of system architecture experience, preferably in distributed systems.
The successful applicant will have knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as familiarity with DevOps tools and practices like CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
A strong communicator with fluency in English and French, the ideal candidate will also possess experience in Air Traffic Management.
The position offers a permanent role with remote work options, and the opportunity to accompany one of Qim info's customers.
Responsibilities
* Define and document system/software architecture standards and best practices.
* Analyze system/software requirements and translate them into a scalable and reliable architecture.
* Ensure software performance, scalability, and reliability while addressing potential safety risks.
* Design high-level software structures and guide development teams in their implementation.
* Support software verification engineers in defining integration approaches and validation processes.
* Assess regulatory constraints and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct security and safety assurance activities, collaborating with technical experts.
Requirements
* At least 8 years of experience in software development and distributed systems.
* 5+ years of experience in system architecture (preferably in distributed systems).
* Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
* Strong communication skills.
* Fluent in English (French is a plus).
* Experience in Air Traffic Management.
