Aufgaben
Responsible for the integrated support of the administration of investment funds in the areas of fund accounting and custodian bank / Review of the calculation of the net asset value (NAV)/ Review of the periodic liquidation reports for funds according to Swiss law / Point of contact or troubleshooter for internal as well as external departments in case of questions regarding fund accounting and securities processing / Controlling of the quality of outsourcing processes / Cooperation in the optimization of controlling tasks / Ad-hoc projects.
Qualifikation
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or in Banking & Finance / ACCA, SwissExpert an advantage / Professional experience at the bank, ideally in Asset Management / Knowledge of fund or securities accounting / Experience in calculating NAVs / Experience with annual financial statements / Knowledge of the middle/back office as well as the processes in securities settlement / Experience in quality management / Knowledge of the Swiss investment fund regulation (FINMA) / Confident, well-groomed appearance with a strong service orientation, flexibility, exact working style, communicative with assertiveness / MS-Office, Excel knowledge, VBA / German and English.
