Senior Fund Accountant
Aufgaben
1. Responsible for fund accounting, fund controlling, Net Asset Value calculations, reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Responsible for timely and high-quality results for private market funds and mandates.
3. Control and monitor the performance and quality of team members.
4. Hiring, developing and assessing employees.
5. Coordination with investment controlling teams globally and facilitate information flow.
6. Responsibility for the ongoing organization of the fund accounting area regarding the further development of internal controls and processes.
7. Responsible for the ongoing development and review of interfaces and manage relationships to teams and stakeholders.
8. Responsible for the supervision and controlling of the quality of external service providers.
9. Coordination work with risk management and audit as well as point of contact.
10. Participation in global projects with a focus on investment controlling.
Qualifikation
1. Bachelor or Master in Banking & Finance or Accounting.
2. Passionate to work in an international environment.
3. Extensive experience with fund accounting or Senior Manager role in audits of (private markets or private equity) funds.
4. Experience in leading larger teams.
5. Strong financial analysis skills.
6. Knowledge of fund investments.
7. Leadership experience in dealing with larger teams.
8. Interest in driving, developing and motivating employees.
9. Ability to provide technical advice and know-how to employees.
10. Delegation of responsibility, promote motivation and identification with professional responsibility.
11. Hands-on personality, dynamic and self-motivated team player.
12. Eloquence in communication.
13. Open minded.
14. German and English, both a must.
