Responsibilities
Will be responsible for managing deliverables and communicating between the client and the Agency on specified accounts. Under the direction of their manager, they will draft tactical plans and project briefs and work with the client and agency to reach marketing objectives. Senior Account Manager drives change to improve the agency process/procedures and offerings all while working with junior members of the account team, mentoring and preparing them for what’s to come.
* Responsible for commercial development, overseeing the development of business goals
* Identifying customer needs and new business opportunities and potential clients for growth
* Leads the agency's new business pitches, working collaboratively with the other agency teams
* Responsible for negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers
* Prepare status economic reports
* Responsible for exceptional client service and client management activities
* Supervise Client Manager’s track budgets and ensure accurate monthly billing.
* Participating in the development process by attending project meetings, coordinating activities and providing feedback for revisions when necessary
* Develop good working relationships with agency team members, and client departments
* Continue expertise in industry and client best practices and trends
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field
* 8+ years Health Agency or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience required
* Self-motivated, with the ability to create successful internal and external client relationships
* Experience developing tactical plans and brand initiatives
* Excellent writing skills and effective communication skills
* Strong financial management skills
* Experience working with and managing internal accounts, creative and cross functional agency teams
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* English and German. French as a plus.
