This role will collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to coordinate, consolidate and report financial performance. /p p7‑month assignment starting early July. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the quarterly consolidation process, according to IFRS standards, ensuring accuracy and timely completion and drafting the accounts and closing notes. /li liCollect, analyze quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries and follow up on open points. /li liManage balance sheet reviews. /li liEnsure compliance with group accounting policies, tax regulations, and local GAAP, including support for the conversion to IFRS. /li /ul h3Financial Reporting Systems /h3 ul liHFM EPM Administration as part of the closing process. /li liHFM reporting structure and hierarchy. /li liAssist in the implementation of a new consolidation system. /li /ul h3Process Improvement and Optimization /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities and drive recommendations to streamline accounting processes to enhance reporting capabilities and improve efficiency and accuracy. /li liStay updated with latest IFRS standards and adapt processes and SOPs accordingly. /li liInitiate process improvements and streamline reporting procedures. /li liParticipate in updating group accounting procedures and assist/train subsidiaries for proper application. /li liUpdate reporting procedures based on ongoing projects and train the financial community. /li /ul h3Anforderungsprofil /h3 ul li5-7 years of experience in a corporate/group finance position. /li liQualified accountant with strong background in IFRS, accounting and consolidation. /li liAbility to prepare and present to senior management. /li liSolid knowledge of Hyperion Smartview and HFM. /li liAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. /li liBusiness fluent in English; additional European language is an asset. /li liStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial information. /li liExcellent communication skills, ability to structure thoughts and derive action plans, and communicate efficiently across all staff and stakeholders. /li liTeam hands‑on working style. /li liGood organizational skills; autonomous and reliable. /li /ul h3Vergütungspaket /h3 pThe opportunity to join an international organization on a 7‑month contract, with 2 remote days per week. /p h3Kontakt /h3 pbReferenznummer: /b JN- /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
