Business Manager
is an \"entrepreneur\", building up his/her own business unit from scratch. Your success will be measured in your ability to develop the business, build up a team of consultants, and keep growing up over the years, positioning at ALTEN as a key consulting partner on your market.
Concretely, you will have to perform the following:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
* Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers and thinking out of the box
* Gathering new business leads at actual customers
* Participating in development of business offers
* Supporting the company to meet its commercial objectives
* Optimizing business profitability
* \"Farming\" customer relationships with your winning way
* Supporting our clients in demanding projects through several service offering
* Analysing and reporting your business activities
RECRUITING
* Defining the recruitment strategy and process
* Continuously recruit, interview and match candidates in order to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer's current and anticipated needs
MANAGEMENT
* Be in charge of your consultant team career evolution (Annual review, career committee, trainings)
* Supervising the financial status of your business activity (P&L)
* Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners
What we are looking for
:
* Master's degree in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering with a keen interest in active business development
* Approximately 1 year of previous experience as a business developer or consultant
* Native German speaker and excellent knowledge of English
* Entrepeneurship spirit, proactivity and will to achieve challenging goals
