What will your responsibilities be?
* Take on the strategic and operational leadership of the Indirect Sourcing (incl. Capital Investments, MRO, professional services, IT services, Facilities Management, production consumables) Procurement department – including leading, coaching, and developing a team of seven employees.
* Shape the future of the department and further develop an innovation‑oriented procurement strategy.
* Take responsibility for defining the commodity group and supplier strategy.
* Be responsible for the management of suppliers at the Reinach site and support supplier development in the regions of China, India, the USA, and France.
* Collaborate across departments with strategic purchasing managers as well as construction, manufacturing, and industrial engineering teams.
* Develop optimized processes and ensure the efficient integration of suppliers into project workflows.
What do we expect from you?
* Hold a university degree with a technical background – ideally complemented by a management qualification (e.g. MBA, MAS in Supply Chain Management, or equivalent).
* Bring several years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing industrial company.
* Have at least five years of leadership experience and a proven track record in developing teams.
* Possess strong strategic, methodological, and innovative skills.
* Have solid experience in project business as well as indirect procurement.
* Bring business‑fluent German and business‑fluent English skills.
* Convince with strong organizational skills, social competence, and a healthy level of assertiveness.
