YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:
As our Cost Controller, you’ll be the backstage genius ensuring profitability without compromising Mama’s vibe. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
1. Costing: Collaborate with the F&B team to build and maintain technical sheets, calculate ideal selling prices, and ensure dishes are profitable and delicious.
2. Stock Supervision: Monitor stock through spot checks, requisitions, and inventory, ensuring accuracy and investigating discrepancies.
3. Purchasing: Manage purchasing processes, verify orders, cross-check invoices, and negotiate with suppliers.
4. Cost Tracking: Monitor costs across departments, lead menu engineering meetings, analyze cost of sales, and prepare reports to improve profitability.
5. POS System: Assist with setup, maintenance, training, and ensure smooth operation.
6. Month-End Closure: Handle inventory, accruals, transfers, and ensure accurate transaction recording.
7. Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, and others, maintaining a focus on financial health.
