Event Technical Coordinator 60-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities
Ensure the technical coordination of event projects in support of project managers
Receive and analyse client requests to prepare the necessary resources
Plan the needs for equipment, vehicles, and personnel for each event
Organise deliveries, transport, and logistics of equipment
Coordinate technical teams during setup and dismantling phases
Ensure compliance with deadlines, technical constraints, and client requirements
Participate in the administrative and operational follow-up of projects to guarantee their smooth progress

Profile
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a stage technician

or equivalent training
Experience in technical coordination or event project management
Good knowledge of sound, lighting, and video equipment
Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
Team spirit, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
