We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f) for our site in Morges with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 4 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik Sense) and a good knowledge of confirmed experience in project management, mastery of ETL concepts, and solid expertise in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) are required. Sensitivity to GDPR issues and data security is necessary. Ability to simplify complex analyses for business teams. Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of consolidating and structuring customer data from different sources. Analyze key metrics (SLA, processing times, dispute management rates). Define needs for dashboards and advanced reporting (legal and customer service). Contribute to the development of Business Intelligence tools. Clean, validate, and model customer data to facilitate and optimize their use. Collaborate with technical teams to establish quality controls and data governance.
