To achieve this in German-speaking Switzerland, we need a local operational relay—someone to bridge the gap between our communication strategy and the local reality of stores, clubs, and sports partners.
Your mission
Your role is to ensure a high-quality, expert presence at local events. You are the face of Decathlon, ensuring our brand is understood, desired, and trusted across the region.
You will work closely with the Event Leader (Ophélie), Local Com Leaders, and Store Leaders to move from concept to reality.
Your key objectives :
* Coordinate and set up local events, ensuring every activation is relevant, impactful, and consistent with our brand image.
* Organize and implement local events that bring our sporting worlds to life and unite local sports communities.
* Build relationships with key regional sports events and partners to strengthen our local territorial network.
* Track participant numbers, member conversion rates, and social media reach to ensure every event delivers real impact.
