This position reports to HR Director and will interact with all levels of staff in the country in performing their duties and assignments. /ppbDuties Responsibilities: /b /plipHR point of contact for the assigned territory /p /lilipResponsible for the full administrative life cycle of the employees /p /liliIn charge of the administrative onboarding /liliAlong with Payroll and IT departments, managing the new hire process (set up of IT accounts, travel advances, gathering new employees’ personal documents) /liliTaking care of new employees’ registration to social insurances /liliEstablish Addendums, work certificates and reference letters /liliManaging and supporting termination process /liliIn charge of employee relations to include coaching, counseling disciplinary and compliance with local employment laws /liliDeveloping and delivering effective people-related strategies for Managers /liliCollaborate with HR Team on ad hoc HR projects /lipbRequirements: /b /pliBachelor in Business Administration/ HR/ Labor Law /lili3 years of experience in a HR Generalist/ Business Partner role, ideally for an international or a multicultural company /liliFluent in English and German, French is a strong asset, any other European language might be a plus /liliStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). /liliWell-organized - ability to manage multiple projects and commitments, flexible, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information, /liliStrong adaptability and ability to work in a fast growing environment /lilipMust be a self-starter; a “hands-on” individual who enjoys challenges and is dedicated to work independently /p /lipbAre you looking for uncommon opportunities with an extraordinary company? /b /ppbWe are looking for people who can, do and will make a difference. /b /p
