Role of the Senior Business Analyst

* TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking Platform, focused on assigned area of expertise
* Transversal topics involving other domains, with an impact on assigned area of expertise.


Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities

* Provide functional expertise and relevant experience on TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT core banking product implementation and configuration
* Analyze gaps in functionality and processes between European and Asian sites and propose solutions to converge and align them into a common design.
* Analyze and structure new requirements with all stakeholders involved in order to propose to the organization the best way to deliver appropriate solutions and integrate them in the overall program;
* Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams
* Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap
* Drive the definition of use cases for Integration tests with testing team and for User Acceptance Test with end users
* Manage all the decision-making and analysis process allowing designing, validating the solution, and getting the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget and capacity planning.
* Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective and ensure the WMIS Project governance is applied at each step
* Bring benefit to both the IT tools functionality and potential changes to operational processes affected.
* Ensure that every new solution implemented respects WMIS standards and allows for mutualization / reuse as much as possible between sites.
* Ensure all requirements are approached from a global perspective for all sites. Specific solution should only be considered to address regulatory, tax or accounting specific requirements


Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities (continued)

* Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third‑parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, Business process designs
* Define requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
* Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
* Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the technology teams through which requirements flow.
* Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates & methodology
* Collaborate with the team’s experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
* Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.


Senior Business Analyst Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree
* At least 10 years of experience in :
* Banking Industry, as a Business Analyst and/or as a “hands‑on” Project Manager
* Expert knowledge and experience on TEMENOS T24/TRANSACT Core Banking platform for Wealth Management, understand the various flows and functions, familiar with system parameterization and configuration.
* Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications.
* Expert knowledge of at least one of these functional domains of core banking :
* General Accounting and reporting, Credit (AA.Loans, Limits, Collateral), Taxation (FATCA, CRS, IRS871m).
* Securities processing and custody
* Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, subject matter experts and technical teams.
* Strong proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio
* Fluent in SQL queries, API testing, data analysis and data modeling.
* Experience in Agile Scrum is a plus
* Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)


Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (360 degree) will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions. You will partner closely with Business Managers to understand project needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
* Manage salary negotiation, prospection, sales activities, inbounds, outbounds, and client relationships.
* Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and talent pipelines.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Leverage niche platforms and life sciences talent communities to identify specialized candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
* Provide regular updates, market insights, and data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders.
* Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
* Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
* Maintain timely and transparent communication with all candidates.
* Represent the company brand authentically and compellingly to prospective hires.
* Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.).
* Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
* Contribute to social media content and outreach that highlights company culture and opportunities.
