Our client, a Swiss SME based in Vaud, specializes in providing equipment and services for energy infrastructure. To strengthen their team, they are seeking a Responsable commercial·e, équipements énergétiques.
This role offers high autonomy and involves supporting the Business Development Manager. Your mission is to develop the company's commercial activities by acquiring new clients and managing existing ones. Internally, you will support colleagues to propose optimal solutions meeting client needs.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify development opportunities and prospect potential clients
* Organize meetings with current and potential clients to showcase the company's value proposition
* Respond to requests for proposals and prepare commercial offers, coordinating solution estimates with technical teams
* Monitor activity progress through regular reporting, performance analysis, and improvement plans
* Enhance internal processes and ensure accurate updating of client data
* Provide internal support to colleagues to meet client needs effectively
Candidate Profile
* Technical, commercial, or logistics educational background
* At least 5 years of experience in a technical-commercial role within the industrial sector
* Experience in medium/low voltage electrical networks or logistics is a plus
* Strong customer focus, adaptability, and team spirit
* Excellent listening, communication, and writing skills
* Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, ERP, CRM)
* Native French speaker; good German skills are a plus
