* As Executive Chef, you hold overall responsibility for the culinary direction of Badrutt's Palace Hotel across all internal and external restaurants, banquets and in-room dining.
* You further develop and implement seasonal menus and culinary concepts, ensuring alignment with the hotel's positioning, guest expectations and current gastronomic trends.
* A strong sense of creativity and a genuine passion for refined cuisine define your approach, supported by a solid understanding of international and regional gastronomic trends, as well as extensive experience in classic French and Italian cuisine and the execution of large-scale banquet events.
* You drive food and culinary promotions, as well as the development of pop-up food concepts.
* In collaboration with the hotel's renowned celebrity chef partners, including Nobu Matsuhisa and Jason Atherton, you coordinate joint culinary activities and special initiatives.
* You are responsible for budget planning, cost control and revenue management within the culinary department.
* Purchasing, food administration and the management of supplier relationships fall within your area of responsibility.
* Compliance with all hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP guidelines, together with the continuous development of internal processes, remains a core responsibility of the role.
* You work closely with colleagues in Service, Events and Purchasing, with a clear focus on quality and operational coherence.
