Responsibilities
* Commercial responsibility for the Sales department System Gastronomy Professional analysis and reporting to support the development of the sales department
* Identify needs and requirements in the food service (e.g., large canteens, catering, hospitals, corporate restaurants)
* Monitor market trends and competitors to continuously enhance the product portfolio
* Develop innovative, standardized food concepts
* Collaborate closely with product development and technical support to ensure product quality, scalability, and cost efficiency
* Manage development projects from idea to launch
Qualifications
* Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
* Deep understanding of the food service market
* Affinity for food and interest in culinary trends
* Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer requirements
* Strong customer orientation and sensitivity to market needs
* Analytical thinking and structured working approach
* Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in developing new product ideas
* Strong communication skills and team spirit; initiative, sense of responsibility, and execution strength
* Open to frequent travel
* Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of French is considered beneficial
