The Finance and Administrative Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial accuracy and administrative efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounting:
o Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for all company accounts.
o Oversee global tax reporting and administration.
o Assist with financial review and resolve accounting discrepancies.
* Finance:
o Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare forecasts and budget plans.
* Administration and Legal & Business Affairs:
o Manage HR-related accounting, payroll, and benefits processes.
o Ensure contract management and compliance.
Requirements:
* A degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
* 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Excellent technical accounting and finance knowledge, reporting skills, and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with senior-level management.
* High proficiency in English and German language skills.
* Eligibility to live and work in Switzerland.
