Ensure timely and accurate processing of payrolls across assigned EMEA countries
Collect, validate, and organize payroll data in a structured and compliant manner
Manage monthly payroll schedules, deadlines, and task tracking
Support post-payroll activities such as payments, reporting, and reconciliations
Respond to payroll-related queries and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain and update payroll process documentation, creating new procedures as required
Support payroll and HR Operations-related projects as needed
Assist with internal and external reporting, audits, and compliance checks
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all payroll data
Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT
Build and maintain strong working relationships with external payroll vendors to ensure quality and compliance
Identify and suggest improvements to payroll processes, tools, and data flow across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems
8 month temporary mission until the end of the year

Experience in a similar payroll role, ideally with outsourced payroll providers
A collaborative team player who can also work independently
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interact confidently with external vendors and colleagues at all levels
A structured, process-driven mindset with strong planning capabilities
Proactive problem-solving skills when facing new challenges
Highly organized, able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable working with various software systems and proficient in spreadsheets/formulas
Fluent in English
