As a Regional Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 Sales Operations Employees throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders to successful completion.
2. Prepare and present customer executive presentations, reports, spreadsheets, charts, and data analysis from multiple sources for internal and external use.
3. Build management reporting packages covering inventory levels, order management, and delivery analytics.
4. Drive monthly forecasting for discrete and consignment orders, revenue, and consignment inventory development.
5. Oversee company inventories, including onsite consignment for customers and standard products for quick sale.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
* Progressive experience in operations, order, and inventory management, including team management and mentoring.
* Experience in sales and distribution with a focus on inventory controls.
* Experience in business process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Hands-on problem-solving approach.
* Strong desire for business process improvements and project resolution across business areas.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of developing complex reports and metrics.
