Looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and solid banking environment? A leading bank in Ticino is seeking a Linux System Administrator with strong Ansible skills to strengthen the IT Infrastructure & Operations team.
Responsibilities
* Management, hardening and maintenance of Linux infrastructures (preferably RHEL / CentOS / Rocky)
* Design, development and maintenance of Ansible playbooks for automated configuration, deployment and patching
* Automation of operational processes and disaster recovery procedures
* Close collaboration with development, security and operations teams to ensure high availability and regulatory compliance (FINMA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
* Monitoring, troubleshooting and capacity planning of critical systems
* Participation in migration projects, cloud integration and infrastructure modernization initiatives
Requirements
* Proven experience as a System Administrator on enterprise Linux environments (at least 4–5 years)
* Strong hands‑on expertise with Ansible (complex playbooks, roles, AWX/Tower is a plus)
* Good knowledge of scripting (Bash, preferably Python)
* Experience in banking / financial or regulated environments is a strong advantage
* Excellent Italian and good English; German is a plus
