Job description
* Lead customer projects independently, ensuring on‑time and successful completion from planning to execution.
* Advise clients during transition to ProPharma X, ensuring their pharmacy processes run optimally.
* Coordinate collaboration among customers, internal specialists and external partners to ensure an optimal project flow.
Qualifications
* Completed training in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical environment (e.g., Pharmacy Assistant) or comparable experience.
* Knowledge of ProPharma X software; in‑depth familiarity preferred for flexible and competent customer support.
* Willingness to immerse in project work and actively apply expertise.
* Structured approach to tasks, maintaining overview in challenging situations and finding pragmatic solutions.
* Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork, communication and collaboration.
