Your key responsibilities
* As a Spa Receptionist, you are the face of our Spa and provide professional in-person and telephone assistance and support to our guests.
* You manage reservations for our treatments, ensuring that guests receive timely and suitable appointment bookings.
* You are also responsible for scheduling rooms and therapists to guarantee a smooth operation of all treatments and to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction.
* In addition to your reception duties, you actively promote and sell wellness and beauty products, offering our guests a complete and memorable wellness experience.
* You prepare the daily cash-up and maintain accurate guest records, ensuring transparent and efficient management of all bookings and customer data.
What you bring to the job
For this varied role, you ideally bring the following:
* Experience at a Spa Reception in a 5-star hotel or an upscale wellness club.
* Qualification as a beautician or massage therapist is an advantage.
* Very good language skills in German and English; Italian is a plus.
* Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
* A natural sales talent and excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit.
* High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility.
* A well-groomed appearance and excellent manners.
Our offer
* Fixed-term seasonal position from the end of May to early September 2026; further seasons are welcome.
* Average 5-day working week with 43.5 hours per week
* 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year
* 13th salary from the start date (pro rata)
