We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT Service Desk Specialist to join our client in Zürich. In this role, you will support internal users in a dynamic, multilingual environment as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicative, and proactive in solving problems.
Contract Duration: Until the end of February 2026, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role if the collaboration proves successful
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the initial point of contact for internal IT-related queries via phone and digital support channels
* Process and resolve incidents and service requests across German, French, Italian, and English
* Apply ITIL-aligned procedures to troubleshoot issues or escalate them to the appropriate 2nd Level team when required
* Deliver functional support for internal applications and tools
* Maintain and enhance the internal Knowledge Base by recording relevant solutions and updates
Skills & Qualifications
Required
* Proficiency in German and French
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
* Self-driven, structured, and capable of working with minimal supervision
* Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows-based environments
* Competence in application troubleshooting and basic knowledge of network and VPN connectivity
Preferred
* Working ability in English and Italian
* Introductory understanding of Microsoft Azure and AI-related technologies
* Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow
