Your mission:- Analyze and monitor precious goods supply in collaboration with Finance and external partners.- Maintain the consistency of weights of purchased and produced items in precious goods.- Manage supplier database: updates based on offers, loss rates, returns, and correction of weight movements, including provision, reception, calculation of non-returned items, integrating SAP refining bulletins and processing direct deliveries.- Analyze issues related to logistical flows, determine causes, and propose solutions.- Monthly closure with suppliers and subcontractors: manage discrepancies and provide reports for internal and external audits.- Draft and monitor precious goods contracts (subcontracting, financing, and project supervision).Required technical skills:- Mastery of flow management and MS-Office and SAP or another ERP ideally.- Excellent mastery of Excel.Your profile:- CFC in Business Employee or similar qualification.- Excellent rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, and proactive attitude.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge offering great prospects, please send us your complete file as soon as possible (CV, work references, diploma, identity document, criminal record extract).
