In this responsible position, you will support the Head of Controlling in all Finance & Controlling activities. You will deal with statistics and figures, annual budgeting, periodic forecasts and the monthly analysis of business figures.
Tasks
1. Preparation and monitoring of the Group's monthly liquidity plan, incl. support for subsidiaries
2. Weekly preparation of the Group's net financial positions
3. Developing and monitoring the implementation of currency hedging proposals
4. Monitoring of results based on variance and key figure analyses
5. Preparation of analyses and evaluations incl. deriving and presenting measures
6. Development and expansion of controlling tools (PowerBI)
7. Assisting with the Group's forecasting and budgeting processes, including monitoring and forecasting
8. Managing and independently implementing controlling projects
9. Optimizing existing processes, systems and controlling tools
Profile
10. Completed further education in business administration
11. At least 2 years of experience in controlling in an internationally oriented company
12. Experience in the MedTech industry an advantage
13. Sound knowledge of M365 and ERP systems
14. Experience in PowerBI and LucaNet an advantage
15. Independent, self-reliant personality with high self-motivation
16. Strong analytical thinking skills, quick comprehension and flair for numbers
17. Structured, reliable and precise way of working
18. Open personality with good communication skills in an international environment
19. Team player
20. Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
