To strengthen our Back-End Operations, we are looking for a Quality Lead to take ownership of process, quality aspects and coordination across the operation. The role will have a dual reporting line into the Back-End Operations Manager (tactical, daily and executional control) whilst also reporting to the Corporate Quality function (strategic, long-term and structural oversight).
Reporting to our headquarters in Marin/Switzerland, this position is responsible to:
1. Leads the Back-End manufacturing quality on multiple, simultaneous, projects and investigations
2. Responsible for non conform material management
3. Provide technical expertise in problem solving, quality investigations using 8D, why-why analysis, corrective action definition, etc.
4. Monitoring the effectiveness and conformance of process control, procedures and take ownership of implementing updates, best practices or corrective actions.
5. Oversee the quality processes including MRB, SCAR’s, First Article Inspection, Changes
6. Management of the document control activity within the Back-End Operations
7. Maintain compliance with applicable certifications and standards
8. Integration with the NPI process to ensure all quality control, documentation and checklists completed accurately
9. Define and maintain quality KPI in coordination with the Corporate Quality
10. Work with suppliers and customers on quality investigations
