Your Role
As Lead Auditor at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will apply your experience in areas such as Operations, Payments, Credit, Portfolio Management, Risk, Treasury and Trading to conduct independent audits. Your core responsibilities include planning and executing audits independently, as well as preparing and delivering audit reports.
Your Responsibilities
* Assume the role of Lead Auditor, including goaland deadline-oriented planning, independent execution and timelycommunication of results from end-to-end audits
* Draft clear and impactful reports
* Act as a sparring partner for management
* Monitor the implementation of measures
* Prepare statements for the Head of Group InternalAudit, the Board of Directors, or other decision-makers
* Participate in special investigations andprojects
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert
Your Profile
* Banking apprenticeship, certified bankprofessional, or higher business education (university or university ofapplied sciences), CIA, CFA, or equivalent. Acertified public accountant qualification is advantageous
* At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Auditor inbanking audit (internal or external audit) in areas such as Operations,Payments, Credit, Portfolio Management, Risk, Treasury or Trading
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experiencewith Avaloq is an advantage
* Ability to weigh problems, set priorities andstrong analytical skills
* Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
* Hands-on mentality, strong work ethic, integrityand a high level of accountability
* Excellent communication and presentation skills aswell as ability to work independently
* Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 30 days peryear)
* Fluency in English with the abilityto write clear, impactful texts in English; knowledge of German, French,or Spanish is an advantage
