VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts to join our Marketing team based in our regional HQ in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
As Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies across our key strategic accounts, with the ultimate goal of driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales growth. You will work closely with X-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and innovation in our account marketing activities.
• Define strategic marketing priorities in partnership with key stakeholders to build a long-term, effective marketing approach.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for Strategic Account partners: Develop & Execute brand strategies to ensure Vans improves visibility, builds equity, and maximizes conversion in Strategic Accounts (e.g. Zalando, JD, Amazon).
• Ensure the brand is presented at its best across all strategic accounts, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
• Analyse performance data and refine Strat Account strategies to improve brand presence and sales impact.
• Optimise marketing spend and drive innovation through pilot projects and data-driven insights.
• Lead go-to-market execution and strategic planning for key accounts at EMEA level.
• Collaborate with internal teams and wholesale retailers to optimize product storytelling, activations, and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for how Vans will grow its brand, acquire new consumers, and drive revenue growth with our most important accounts in the region.
• Act as the marketing budget owner for strategic accounts.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will be a key player in amplifying Vans’ presence across our most influential wholesale partners, ensuring that our brand DNA is told powerfully and consistently. You will foster strategic collaborations, leverage consumer insights, and enhance account performance through tailored marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in driving brand growth and achieving commercial goals.
• Defining and aligning strategic marketing priorities with key internal and external stakeholders to build a clear and long-term vision
• Building and managing a strong relationship with the 3 main Strategic Accounts (Zalando, JD, Amazon), leading go-to-market strategies and seasonal activations
• Optimising marketing investments through performance tracking, consumer trend analysis, and identifying new growth opportunities
• Driving a consumer-first culture, ensuring all initiatives are relevant and connected to the brand’s key pillars
Skills for Success
You should be a strategic thinker and proactive team player with:
• Strong experience in account marketing, preferably within the fashion or consumer goods industry
• Exceptional communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• A deep understanding of wholesale and marketing ecosystems, with the ability to connect consumer behavior, brand strategy, and commercial performance
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Proven success in driving brand growth through strategic partnerships.
• A solid experience in Digital Marketing, with a deep understanding of media channels and strategies, is highly desirable
