Responsibilities
1. Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy, ensuring compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
2. Maximize profit while controlling and minimizing costs such as discounts, general expenses, and third-party commissions.
3. Regularly analyze and question missed confirmed sales with the Assistant / Salon Manager to refine future sales projections.
4. Organize private viewings with potential VIPs in your region.
5. Discuss business opportunities and action plans for potential prospects with the Assistant / Salon Manager.
6. Build action plans to achieve personal targets, acting as a reference point.
7. Brand Ambassadorship
8. Ensure excellence within and outside the salon.
9. Provide maximum client welcoming, handling, and servicing.
10. Continuously learn about products and the brand to become a reference person for the Maison.
11. Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills with clients, VIPs, and third parties at all times.
12. Maintain the overall appearance and maintenance of the salon according to brand guidelines and concept.
13. Assist in the timely implementation of new visual merchandising concepts.
14. Customer & CRM Activities
15. Ensure service excellence at all times within the salon.
16. Foster a positive, optimistic, constructive, helpful, and confident atmosphere.
17. Participate proactively in VIP activities and order management, leveraging salon opportunities.
18. Build genuine relationships with customers, focusing on existing and new VIP, customer, and prospect databases for sales and marketing.
19. Handle client complaints with care and report product-related issues immediately to the Assistant / Salon Manager.
20. Coordinate repairs and after-sales matters with Sales Administrators.
21. Store Operations Management
22. Participate in regular stocktaking and quality control activities.
23. Implement measures to avoid stock discrepancies.
24. Ensure automatic replenishment of sold timepieces and active order requests.
25. Maintain salon timepieces through changing straps, polishing, servicing, etc., as needed.
26. Represent salon management during their absence.
27. Financial & Cash Register Control
28. Adhere to procedures and comply with legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
29. Handle credit card transactions and cash register operations accurately.
30. Reporting
31. Report opportunities and incidents promptly to the Assistant / Salon Manager.
32. Share new practices and ideas to enhance salon operations.
33. Network effectively with competitors and neighboring boutiques.
34. Teamwork
35. Share ideas, practices, and knowledge with team members and colleagues.
36. Monitor personal appearance and behavior according to company and salon standards.
37. Support colleagues during sales ceremonies and participate actively in training and role-plays.
38. Assist in onboarding new salon members.
Your Profile
* Possess a proactive attitude and understanding of luxury client experience.
* Have 5+ years of experience in the timepiece industry.
* Exhibit critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
* Be flexible with working hours to accommodate changing schedules.
* Possess strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel required.
* Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
