About this Role
This position involves developing and implementing business strategies to manage and expand key customer relationships, leading commercial negotiations and securing long-term partnerships that align customer satisfaction with Crown's profitability goals.
Responsibilities include monitoring customer performance, forecasting accuracy and profitability, ensuring commercial targets are met.
The successful candidate will have direct involvement with customers during negotiations and prepare the relevant Sales team for negotiations.

To be considered suitable, candidates should have an appropriate Master's degree or MBA, with a minimum of 10 years' post-university commercial experience ideally acquired in the industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding negotiation, persuasion and selling skills are essential. Candidates must also possess strong leadership and listening skills, as well as the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
A high level of financial understanding is required, including interpreting and acting on complex financial data such as customer profitability, pricing structures and margin analysis.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a solid grasp of commercial finance and the ability to collaborate effectively with finance teams.
Experience with forecasting, hedging and contract terms is highly desirable. Fluency in English is a requirement, while the ability to speak other languages would be advantageous.
Candidates must be able to provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
They will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution, while ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
