Job Description
* Conduct market analysis and investment research to support acquisition and portfolio decisions.
* Analyse acquisition opportunities and coordinate financial, technical and legal due diligence processes.
* Build and maintain financial models, investment scenarios and profitability analyses.
* Prepare investment memorandums and strategic recommendations for senior management.
* Support the operational follow‑up of development, repositioning and renovation projects.
* Coordinate external stakeholders including architects, engineers, advisors and authorities.
* Participate in discussions with public authorities and support permitting processes.
* Supervise sales and commercialisation processes, including management of data rooms and interactions with investors and buyers.
* Negotiate commercial lease agreements and support tenant discussions.
* Participate in acquisition and disposal negotiations alongside senior leadership.
* Identify new investment opportunities and contribute to the growth of the portfolio.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key market participants across the Swiss real‑estate ecosystem.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience within real‑estate investment, acquisitions, development, asset management or a related environment.
* Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
* Excellent understanding of the real‑estate investment lifecycle.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Entrepreneurial, proactive and hands‑on mindset.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent French and English required.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to operate effectively within a lean and fast‑paced structure.
