CONTEXT
The Europe E-Commerce Europe Operations Intern supports the E-commerce Operations team in the running of the Ecommerce platform in a 360 view, liaising with various stakeholders both internally and externally related to the day-to-day activity.
This is a multi-role position that will consist mainly in supporting eCommerce daily operation work. He/She participates to the development of the Ecommerce Business.
The internship is from January 2026 until July months).
MISSION
Ecommerce Operations:
* Website: Track and document any technical issue that arises (both front and back offices), inform the relevant department and follow-up until complete resolution. Participate to tests when needed to ensure swift and quick resolution.
* Support the Ecom Op team in the smooth processing of orders
* Platform upgrade: participate to tests campaigns with the team.
* Stock: assist the Ecommerce Operations Manager with the management of the business stocks on a regular basis to maintain the best result of annual stock take.
E-Merchandising:
* Help managing the Product catalog Masterfile with all relevant information.
* Support the E-merchandiser on the management and communication of campaign urls.
* Contribute to the optimization of the catalog and product pages content.
* Regularly check the website for any content issue: pictures, copywriting etc.
* Support the E-Merchandiser in the Newsletter preparation process.
Analysis and Reports:
* Assist the ecom op team members in creating and updating reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
* Perform competitor and market benchmarking by researching Ecommerce Best practices to further challenge and improve our current processes and business
* Undertake other relevant duties as may be requested.
PROFIL
Technical:
* Higher education, Bachelor Degree minimum, internship agreement required
* Having a first experience as intern is mandatory
* Having a first experience as intern in operations and/or CRM would be a plus
* Operational profile desired
* Digital mindset and computer savvy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
* Analytical, with ability to extract and interpret data and discover opportunities through it
* Having basic knowledge Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
* Fluent in French and English, Italian or German would be a plus
