Job Role: Fund Lifecycle Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the lifecycle of our funds, from launch to liquidation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fund operations and be able to analyze and optimize work processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing fund mandates and client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new fund mandates and operational controlling of fund processes.
* Analyze and optimize work processes, including launches, splits, mergers, liquidations, and other lifecycle events.
* Develop and maintain a KPI-based framework for the fund lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Process inquiries related to fund lifecycle management, providing accurate and timely responses.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, law, or business administration.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in fund business operations, with a focus on lifecycle management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
